The work consists of the total rehabilitation of the current Educational Institution. There is an evident deterioration of the school, where large cracks have been found. The problems clearly come from the expansive clay soil and therefore we have designed a complete replacement which is divided into different phases in order to coordinate teaching and works, since it is not possible to take the students to another place while the works are done.

- 12 Primary classrooms, 2 special classrooms, 1 computer room and toilets
- Multipurpose room, library, gym and locker rooms
- Management zone: offices, meeting rooms, toilets for the teacher, caretaker’s office and reprography
- Common Services: storage, system room and machinery
- Complementary Services: dining room and kitchen
- Exterior spaces: Kindergarden and Primary playgrounds, two sports courts, parking and gardens
