The objectives of this redistribution are those for the planning of a Technology Park, creating areas which connect to the University and encourage innovation, organised for the transfer of technology focused on research in production.
The sector is divided into three clearly differentiated areas, marked out by the internal train and high speed railways lines. Despite all three sharing the main road and areas with specific buildings and facilities, each has a different use: the first, to the north, is for specific facilities and buildings, while the central area between the railway lines is for Industrial Services, although it is mainly intended for companies working in research production. Finally, the larger southern area will house R+D+I industries and services.
