The new Conservatory consists of a compact block style building, creating a strong construction with a façade aligned with the plot boundaries.
The main façade is north facing and taller than the others, designed to be light and transparent, adapting to the curvature of the South Ring Road, and separated from the building itself to form an insulating curtain wall, in contrast to the more enclosed image of the rest of the building.
The block also contrasts with its interior: a large patio garden for the transit from the building to the open area of the property, enriching the internal space, more in line with the purpose of the building.
